Job Site Superintendent (Residential Construction)


We are a small team focused on high quality work, and inspired by high quality architecture and design. We are seeking an experienced and exceptional Job Site Superintendent to join our crew. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the construction phase of custom home renovations
  • Effective design interpretation and layout
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Manage subcontractors and other project personnel to ensure quality work and adherence to project schedules
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with architects, designers and engineers, to identify and address design and construction issues
  • Manage all aspects of the site, including material deliveries, site cleanliness, and site safety
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and ensure satisfaction
  • Ensure that project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project plans, are complete and accurate

Qualifications:

  • Respect for architecture and interior design
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with additional trade school or apprenticeship training preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in high-end custom residential construction in the San Francisco Bay Area
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software such as Procore
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Salary & Benefits:

  • Full Time Starting salary at $120,000-$150,000 per year, commensurate with experience
